The a la carte “Kohili” Restaurant is one of the few Corfu restaurants where one can enjoy the stylish environment of an open-air veranda, excellent culinary masterpieces and a breathtaking view of Agios Stefanos Beach, the sea and the Diapondia Islets. At the “Kohili” Corfu Restaurant, only the freshest, high-quality ingredients are used to prepare a variety of dishes of Mediterranean and international cuisine, as well as the local cuisine of Corfu. To accompany the restaurant’s marvelous dishes, we have a private wine cava that includes a choice of some of the best wines in Greece, as well as house wines that we personally produce.

The menu includes a rich selection of meat and seafood dishes, salads, cold and warm starters, and a number of specialties, such as Corfu’s most popular dish called “sofrito” (thin slices of sautéed beef, in a white sauce made with finely chopped garlic, parsley, white wine, salt, pepper and vinegar – served with rice or potato puree) and seafood risotto.

Every morning in the “Kohili” Restaurant, guests can select their favorite breakfast foods and nutritious snacks from an extensive buffet that features cheeses, meats, eggs, fruit, cereals, yoghurt, pastries, and locally-produced honey, as well as coffee, tea, and freshly-squeezed fruit juices.
